_{info; Sorry so so much activity in the last few days lol! So this is just kind of a practice manip I guess? I haven't blended horse stock for a while and I wanted to try that, and I also found this water tutorial that I wanted to try out to haha. I was semi-successful with the water I guess? When I finished, I still had to add an overlay of some stock water for it to look more realistic, so idk. Anyway, this is neuliia's character Kira! I little early Christmas gift? I dunno but I saw her design and it's so elegantly simple and pretty, and I just had to try and manip her <3
